Barre{tender} Lindsay came to Studio Barre SJC with a tuckin’ world of experience on stage and at the barre! Lindsay got hooked on dancing and performing when she was 5 years old. Keep reading and see why this Barre{babe} extraordinaire is also our studio’s Master Teacher Trainer {MTT}.

Not only was she a member of the UCLA dance team, LA Clippers Spirit, AND LA Laker Girls, Lindsay traveled the world with a dance troupe for 7 years, and…. wait for it…. With them, she performed for the troops in Iraq and Kuwait, toured all over China and appeared on America’s Got Talent, American Country Music Awards, the NFL Pro bowl Halftime Show, The Tonight Show and more!!

But wait… there’s more!! Lindsay worked in the entertainment industry as a dancer and actress for 15 tuckin’ years! Some of her credits include: Ironman 2, CSI: Las Vegas, House M.D., iPad, Sizzler, The Bachelor, etc.

This incredible woman now lives in Capo Beach with her husband, 2 boys (7 & 2 years old) and their family dog, Tegan. Lindsay has been teaching barre/dance/fitness classes for almost 10 years and enjoys every single minute of it! Lindsay believes in staying active and fit while having the time of your life!!

You will LOVE taking Lindsay’s class – she’s an excellent motivator and encourages clients to work hard, stay focused and to always HAVE FUN!

Liz will make you smile, guaranteed! This babe’s positive energy is through the roof and you just cannot help but be in a better mood after spending time with her!

Liz a.k.a. Super Woman, is a mother of two young and adorable kiddos as well as a Dermatology PA. For fun, Liz loves to dance—you’ll find her on the dance floor at weddings and she even takes adult ballet classes to keep her skills on pointe!

Liz’s smile is infectious and her jokes will keep you laughing all throughout class! Come tuck with Liz anytime your soul could use a little pick-me-up!

Maddie is a lover of earth and dance. As a recent graduate of Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, this beauty also has the brains {and the booty}!

Maddie was born in the Rockies of Colorado and started dancing ballet when she was 12-years old—dance has been an important element of her life ever since!

When she’s not working or teaching barre classes, you may find Maddie performing in burlesque shows {so fancy} or playing with her dog and two cats!

Maddie is one of the sweetest humans you’ll meet, but don’t let that soft demeanor fool you—this babe packs a mean tuck and her favorite part of teaching barre is making everyone’s booty pop!

Studio Barre San Juan Capistrano Owner, Kymbry, was originally born in Kansas. She grew up in Fountain Valley, CA before moving to South Orange County in 1992 when she got married and began building a family with her husband, Greg.

Kymbry started tucking at Studio Barre SJC in 2017 and she immediately fell in love with the culture, community and confidence boost our workout gave her. She was one of the first clients to sign back up after COVID, and then jumped on the opportunity to take ownership of the studio in November 2021 with her husband Greg.

Kymbry loves to get to know all of our fabulous Studio Barre SJC clients, so make sure to say hello—you can find Kymbry in class almost every day of the week. If she’s not tucking it up and being a barre{boss} babe at Studio Barre SJC, she is hanging out with her FIVE talented kids and charming husband.

Barre{tender} Margaret is a global traveler with barre in her heart—she’s been to over 35 countries, and has even lived and worked in the Middle East for a year.

This beautiful barre babe has dance deep in her roots; fun fact: she danced and toured internationally with a performing arts company while in college—what!?

Nowadays, you’ll find Margaret at the studio, most frequently, on weekday evenings. By day, this spunky lady is a career woman working in the investment management industry.

Above all, family is the most important to Margaret. She loves spending time with her FIANCÉ, Chris, and has a blast being an aunt to her 19 nieces and nephews! Yep, 19! Whoa!

Margaret is known for having spot-on musicality and perfectly pairing choreo with playlists! Come take Margaret’s class when you’re ready to boogie while tucking and working that booty!

This badass barre{tender}’s career in the hospitality industry brought her to Orange County in 2015. She tried several barre classes in the area and eventually found her happy place at Studio Barre San Juan Capistrano in 2016. Carrie planned on being a client at Studio Barre SJC, but she quickly fell in LOVE with the workout, culture, and clients so much that she had to do more. She started working at the front desk as a barre{ista}, and eventually decided to get on the mic as a barre{tender} in 2019!

When she’s not working her full-time job at The Ritz-Carlton or tucking you up at the studio, Carrie loves traveling the world and spontaneous adventures with her husband. Carrie especially loves brightening the days of others and never misses an opportunity to see the sunset. She can spend hours shopping…for just about anything… and also loves stargazing, scuba diving, game nights, and cuddling with her dog, Ollie.

She’s quirky, fun, and will get those thighs shaking like crazy—come take Carrie’s class for a great workout and a happier heart!
