Alé was introduced to the Barre workout by a co-worker in L.A. and immediately fell in love! She found it a great compliment to her Marathon and Ironman Triathlon training. Yes, this babe is an Ironman! 
Megan was born in San Diego and her dad was in the Navy so she lived in England for a few years before moving back to the US. She graduated from UC Irvine with a bachelors in Art History as well as a degree in m erchandise product development from FIDM. She has worked many different jobs in many different industries but currently does payroll for a construction company. Recently engaged, Megan and her fiancé love walking the harbor and spending as much time at the beach as possible. They also have a Boston terrier named Petunia who they love and adore. In her free time Megan loves relaxing with friends and most of all getting tucked up at Studio Barre SJC by all of the amazing barre{ista}
Paola is a professional dancer who has been dancing for the last 20 years. She began at the age of three and fell in love. She began with ballet and tap and later transitioned into competitive dancing training in genres like contemporary, jazz, hip hop, etc. While in high school she danced on Trabuco Hills Varsity Song team while training at Xtreme Allstars dance studio in their senior program. She then danced at Orange Coast College winning many national titles at UDA nationals. She later became a Los Angeles Rams Cheerleader in 2019 and performed at Super Bowl 56 and traveled all over the world from London to Japan, Hawaii, and Mexico representing as an ambassador for the NFL and Rams. She graduated in May 2023 from California State University, Long Beach with a BA in Communication Studies. 
Studio Barre San Juan Capistrano Barre{ista}, Leilani, was born and raised in California. She has lived in San Juan Capistrano her whole life. She currently attends Vanguard University where she double majors in theatre and psychology. She recently got engaged in the Summer of 2023 and is thrilled to be a 2024 bride. Leilani started taking classes at Studio Barre SJC in 2021 and she loved the welcoming environment and encouraging atmosphere of the classes.
Studio Barre San Juan Capistrano, Barre{ista}, Chelsea, was born in San Diego, Ca and grew up in Temecula, Ca. She moved to San Clemente, Ca while completing her BS in Business with a minor in Literature at CSULB. Chelsea fell in love with barre in May 2023. The physical challenge and warm welcoming community was exactly what she was missing. For her, it is brings back fond childhood memories of being active playing sports, and the camaraderie with teammates.
Taylor has been dancing for pretty much her whole life and has trained in many styles such as hip hop, jazz, ballet, modern and middle eastern, but her passion is hip hop. She was on competitive hip hop dance teams in high school and college that competed at Dance Worlds and Tremaine Dance Nationals for several years. Before she made the move from Indiana to California, she was owner, coach, and choreographer for New York Dance Connection Forever. She was a competitive hip hop dance teacher for 6-18 year olds and taught students who had never danced before, had never done hip hop before, nor had they ever competed before and took them to Tremaine Dance Nationals where they placed at Nationals both years. Dance gives her the ability to express myself and the opportunity to shine in creative ways when it’s time to perform. She also loves the other side of being a dance teacher and seeing her choreography come to life on stage.
Logan is absolutely thrilled to be one of Studio Barre SJC’s Barre{tenders}! Logan’s background is in performing. She has been singing, dancing, and acting for as long as she can remember. She began performing in musicals at the age of 7 and fell in love with being on stage. Logan performed throughout school, and continued her theatre studies at Vanguard University. Logan appeared in many shows throughout her college years, some of her favorites being West Side Story, Mamma Mia, Holiday Inn, and The Drowsy Chaperone. In May of 2023, Logan graduated from Vanguard University with a BA in Theatre Arts with a Musical Theatre Concentration. While her love for performing continues to this day, Logan also finds joy in teaching. Logan teaches art, music, and dance and choreographs for musical theatre. She now gets to take her teaching skill to the barre studio as Studio Barre SJC’s youngest Barre{tender}! 
AbbeyJane Sweeney was born in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2003. She moved to San Clemente, CA in 2005. AbbeyJane started working at Studio Barre SJC in the summer of 2023 as a Barre{ista}. She instantly became obsessed with the workout and takes classes 5 days a week when she is home from college. She is currently attending the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and is expecting to graduate in 2025. She will then pursue nursing school. Her favorite thing about Studio Barre is the people. She knew there was something special about this place when she walked in on the first day and left feeling like she found another home. You will know if she is there when you walk into Studio Barre SJC, because you will hear her happy loud raspy voice greeting you when you arrive.

Maddie is a lover of earth and dance. As a recent graduate of Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, this beauty also has the brains {and the booty}! 
Studio Barre San Juan Capistrano Owner, Kymbry, was originally born in Kansas. She grew up in Fountain Valley, CA before moving to South Orange County in 1992 when she got married and began building a family with her husband, Greg.
Barre{tender} Margaret is a global traveler with barre in her heart—she’s been to over 35 countries, and has even lived and worked in the Middle East for a year.
This badass barre{tender}’s career in the hospitality industry brought her to Orange County in 2015. She tried several barre classes in the area and eventually found her happy place at Studio Barre San Juan Capistrano in 2016. Carrie planned on being a client at Studio Barre SJC, but she quickly fell in LOVE with the workout, culture, and clients so much that she had to do more. She started working at the front desk as a barre{ista}, and eventually decided to get on the mic as a barre{tender} in 2019!
